I felt like the sales tactic at the presentation I attended was a classic “smash and grab” scenario. I was drawn to the offer of a free vacation but even after I declined the package and explained it was not for me the sales rep was relentless in trying to get me to make a purchase. I completely disagree with the policy that you have to buy “right now” in order to vacation with Sundance. If a company offers a quality product/service they should not prevent their customers from the opportunity of shopping the competition or making a thought out educated purchasing decision. I am against this sales concept in every way. The company I work for offers quality products and encourages our customers to shop the competition because we are confident they will be back to do business with us. I would not get involved with a company that does not hold this like philosophy.
